These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing & accessories from the GONE ROGUE website at www.gonerogue.fashion
The website and goods are provided by GONE ROGUE Limited; a company registered in England. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods.


All orders are subject to acceptance & availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved & may be purchased by other customers.

When purchasing clothing & accessories online you should bear in mind that the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. When buying any items on our site you acknowledge that:

  • The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors including your display settings.
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate.
  • All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order.
  • Any delivery estimates given on the website or email are estimates only.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password, and all other details in relation to your account always remain confidential.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

  • Adding product to your shopping basket
  • Enter login details
  • Enter delivery address details
  • Enter billing address details
  • Confirmation of order

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or with debit card, we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available, will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.

Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.


All prices & charges shown on the Site are in GBP & are inclusive of VAT for UK customers. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

Customers purchasing from a country outside the UK will incur relevant import duty and tax. Import duty or tax costs are separate to shipping costs & will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping provider. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.


If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, you will receive a full refund by way of the original payment method. If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible including any detachable accessories, original tags must be attached for a refund to be issued, any damaged, missing or tags we believe to have been tampered with will not be refunded.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.


If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g., we suspect someone is wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering, and returning loads more than usual then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

 Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
