We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but we understand if something isn't quite right. Simply notify us by email of your return within 14 days of receiving them to be valid for a refund.
The items must not have been worn, be undamaged with all original tags.For full details on our returns policy's please read the relevant information in our terms & conditions.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email: email@example.com to inform us of the items you wish to return.
- Package your return securely (in original packaging where possible) & be sure to include your original order form.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customers responsibility to keep proof of postage when returning.
- All returns to be sent to the below address:
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, simply place a new order.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
We’re sorry if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item. Please notify us of any issues within the return time frame above so we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
A replacement will be sent out to you once the item is inspected by us on return. Those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded.
Please note - where an item may be sold out, we will not be able to send replacements for faulty items.
